How will I know my size?
Bonnets: Sizing for bonnets is generally one-size. Our “Jumbo” bonnets offer more spacing in the cap area to allow protection for longer styles.
Apparel: Items should have a sizing chart in the description. Some items are specifically tailored for women and we suggest ordering your normal size in women’s clothing. We do offer a few unisex items which should be comparable to the size you wear in men’s clothing.

What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order allows you the opportunity to order items when they are out of stock. You must place your size in the comments at checkout. When the items come in stock, you will receive your items first before they become available on the website. Shipping time is extended as we are waiting for the items to get in stock before we can ship them to you. If we are unable to re-order an item or you no longer want an item, a store credit will be issued.
How do I make a return or an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We do our best to make sure that your order is correct and inspected for damages and functionality before it is sent to you. Exchanges are done on a case by case basis at our discretion. You must contact us to see if your item is eligible for an exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees. We recommended getting a tracking number for the item as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
