How will I know my size?
Nail Sets: You can order our nail sizing kit to determine your exact fit for each shape that we offer. Sizing kits are ready to ship.
Statement Tees: These are unisex shirts and can be comparable to the size you wear in a men’s shirt.
How can I order custom designs?
To order custom designs for nails, statement shirts, wigs, and other styles with the custom option, you must contact us BEFORE you make your purchase to ensure that you can get the customization. What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order allows you the opportunity to order items when they are out of stock. You must place your size in the comments at checkout. When the items come in stock, you will receive your items first before they become available on the website. Shipping time is extended as we are waiting for the items to get in stock before we can ship them to you. If we are unable to re-order an item or you no longer want an item, a store credit will be issued.
How will I know the design on my nails?
All nails are randomly designed with the choices you select. Pre made nail sets come with the design displayed. If you have a certain look in mind, please send us your idea and we can let you know how to order.
How long do press on nails last?
With proper application and care, press ons can last for a few weeks. Our application kit comes with the essentials needed for a short term or long term application. We also offer a nail drill which, when used during the application process, can help with the longevity of the press ons.
How do I make a return or an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We do our best to make sure that your order is correct and inspected for damages and functionality before it is sent to you. Exchanges are done on a case by case basis at our discretion. You must contact us to see if your item is eligible for an exchange. Nails are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees. We recommended getting a tracking number for the item as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
